An improvised video remix piece performed live during an electronic music show at Photo City Improv on August 6, 2017 in Rochester, NY. The title derives from the barely recognizable opening sample of the film Brazil (dir. Terry Gilliam) and the melted wax effect generated by the Signal Culture SSSScan app used to produce the piece in conjunction with VDMX, Lumen and Arkaos GrandVJ. Music: zbxgd (cut-up) by Ethnomite Pux / Production Unit Xero
Practice DJ mix with some new tracks that will be setting the tone for some future projects.
I’m very pleased to share my original abstract video mix produced for inclusion in the Atlanterium Festival’s dome projection installation which took place Woodruff Park, Piedmont Park and the Mammal Gallery in Atlanta, Georgia during the month of August 2017. The soundtrack consists of a custom composition by Ethnomite Pux entitled “Grasshopper Death Blow.
Very pleased to announce that my VJ mix “CInematheque 01: Seal the Deal” will be playing on a loop as part of the Expanded Cinema program for the duration of the Suburbinale International Film Festival in Vienna, Austria next week!
